The victim's family described her as someone with a "good heart" and said they have been concerned about her for a month.
Johnson spoke to one of Moore's relatives on the phone who said she had been worried about her sister since she left New York a month ago without her three children, including a 3-month-old son.
"She loved them. I know she loved them, but she was struggling with life. It was a lot that she couldn't really accept or show them how she felt, but I know she loved her kids," the relative said.
