FLOYD COUNTY, Ga. — A Georgia teen was arrested after officials said she sprayed pepper spray in the hallway while students changed classes.
According to police, the incident happened on Feb. 2 at Pepperell High School in Rome.

Karlee Danyale Sharpe, 17, was involved in a fight in the hallway with other students when officials believe Sharpe sprayed pepper spray ‘directly contaminating two students’ and staff members.
Police said one of the students had to be treated at a nearby emergency room and multiple others had to receive medical attention at the high school.

Sharpe was charged with misdemeanor disruption of school, disorderly conduct, battery and reckless conduct.
