Channel 2′s Richard Elliot was on Virginia Avenue in South Fulton County, where there were dozens of shell casings scattered outside a KFC.
Elliot spoke to a witness, who said the shooting started out as an argument between two men.
The two people left, but then one opened fire on a car in the parking lot.
“One just ran off,” witness James Lincium said. “I’m not sure which direction, because I just took cover in a booth. There’s nowhere much to go when things start happening.”
