ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating a drive-by shooting that injured two people outside a club in Midtown.
Officers responded to the shooting that happened around 3 a.m. outside the Traffik Kitchen and Cocktails lounge on Crescent Avenue.

A man and woman were shot and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. Both are stable.
Atlanta police Capt. David Wilson said it appeared at this time the two victims did not know each.
Investigators believe the man was arguing with someone else at their car when a shooter started firing from a car driving down the street in the opposition direction.

This is the fourth shooting that police have responded to outside a night club or restaurant that is open late.
On Sunday night, police responded to Loca Luna where a gunman opened fire in the parking lot. No one was injured at Loca Luna, but one person was found shot at a nearby gas station related to the incident.
On Tuesday morning, officers responded around 4:30 a.m. to shots fired near Chic Restaurant and Lounge off Trinity Avenue. At the scene, officers found spent shell casings but no injuries were reported.
One man was shot and killed outside the Blue Flame Lounge on Harwell Road around 1 a.m. Wednesday. Investigators said a fight inside the club spewed over into the parking lot.
