TRENDING STORIES:

APD confirmed to Francisco that they were trying to help GSP pull over a suspected male kidnapper with the female victim in the car.

Police now say the incident was not an attempted kidnapping and that the man and woman knew each other and were involved in a fight.

When police attempted to pull them over, the driver wouldn’t stop. Georgia State Patrol helped to stop the car.

Both the man and woman were taken to the hospital because officers suspected they were on narcotics.

The man has been charged with reckless driving and fleeing/attempting to elude police officers.

The man and woman’s identities have not been released. It’s unclear if they are facing additional charges.
