The surveillance video shows a silver Dodge Charger pull up to a pump next to a man at another pump fueling his car. Within just a few seconds, police said the passenger gets out of the Charger, pulls a gun on the man and demanded his keys. Investigators said the victim refused and he was hit from behind from the gunman. The gunman then also shot the victim in the back of the knee.

The gunman left the scene in the Charger.
