Channel 2′s Audrey Washington was at the Beauty Master store on Old National Highway Tuesday, where surveillance photos show the two suspects breaking in around 2 a.m. on Monday.

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify them.

Police said the burglars first broke into an empty store next door before cutting their way into the beauty store.

“Once they cut in, they started crawling towards the back towards the wig section area,” the manager, who didn’t want to be identified, told Washington.

The manager said the men went straight for the pricy wigs, eyelashes and suitcases.

“For people to just come in and steal, it does hurt,” the manager said.

Customer Brittany Anderson said she can’t believe anyone would steal from a store in such a brazen way.

“I saw the footage and I was like, ‘Why would you do that?’” Anderson said. “It’s unfortunate that these people will take advantage of the opportunity to go in and steal.”

Police said both suspects were wearing dark clothing, but one had a light-colored mask with an 8-ball symbol on the front.

Anyone who recognizes the men or knows anything about the burglary is asked to call police.
