WAYNESBORO, Ga. — Police in Waynesboro, Georgia are asking the public to be on the lookout for an armed and dangerous man they say shot a woman four times through her kitchen door.
Police said the shooting happened around 4 a.m. on Pauline Jenkins Street.

The woman was taken to the hospital and is in fair condition. She has not been identified. It’s unclear whether or not she knew the shooter.

Police identified Saiah Williams as the suspect and said he is wanted on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Waynesboro, Georgia is about 40 miles south of Augusta.
