Atlanta didn’t make the Super Bowl this year, but they definitely won the concessions battle.
A year after Mercedes-Benz Stadium introduced the world to fan-friendly pricing at Super Bowl LIII, football fans at this year’s game in Miami were longing for a $2 hot dog.
Photos posted of the menu boards at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday could cause a heart attack before you even take a bite.
Popcorn? That’s 15 bucks.
A tall Bud Light? How about $17.
Don Shula is a legend, but lets hope he’s not remembered for the $14 Shula burger. (Add bacon for 2 bucks)
A 32-ounce soda? It’s $15, or about $60 a gallon if you’re doing the math.
Steak on a Stick? A bargain at $32.
Speaking of bargain shopping, you can try the Hummus at $6 or the $10 liter of water.
A cheese cup sold for $3, but it’s unclear if you could buy just the cheese cup without buying the $9 pretzel.
Fans were no doubt longing for the food prices at last year’s game. The standard fan first pricing at Mercedes-Benz stadium for Falcons and United games held for the biggest event in the building’s history.

French fries and candy sold for $3. A hot dog was just $2 and a regular size soda cost the same. A domestic beer at the Atlanta Super Bowl cost just $7. With that type of southern hospitality, you can only assume the biggest sporting event in the world will return to Atlanta in the near future.
