Rain moving through metro Atlanta; cooler temperatures to follow

ATLANTA — A cold front is moving through metro Atlanta and is bringing scattered showers along with it.

Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan said there is a chance for an isolated storm to develop with the system.

We’re tracking the rain as it moves through, LIVE on Channel 2 Action News at Noon

Cooler temperatures will follow, especially on Thursday morning.

Here’s what to know:

  • The line of rain is moving east through metro Atlanta
  • Low temperatures Thursday will be in the 40s and 50s for some
  • Clear weather will stick around through the rest of the week
