Three people were killed and three others injured in a shooting outside an Atlanta lounge Friday morning.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation told Channel 2 Action News that one of the victims is a popular rapper King Von.
Police said initially three people died but later clarified two of the victims died.
Confirmed: Rapper Dayvon Bennett, aka King Von was killed in the shooting outside the downtown Atlanta nightclub.

The GBI said Dayvon Bennett, aka King Von, and a group of men left a nightclub and headed to the Monaco Hookah Lounge on Trinity Avenue.
Two men approached the group in the parking lot and the groups started to argue. The argument escalated into gunfire.

An on-duty and off-duty Atlanta police officer were in the area, tried to intervene, but police say they were shot at and the officers fired back.
Bennett and two others were killed in the shootout with the other three victims taken to the hospital. No officers were hurt.
Atlanta investigators told Channel 2′s Lauren Pozen that they believe Bennett was shot during the initial shootout between the two groups, prior to police responding.
