ATLANTA — With possible severe storms headed into North Georgia, several school districts are dismissing early Friday or have announced they will be having digital learning days.

Here is our latest list of delays and closures:
Carroll County Schools: All evening activities and events are canceled for today due to the potential for severe weather conditions. After-school care will continue as previously scheduled.
Catoosa County Schools: All schools are closed Friday.
Dade County Schools: All schools closed Friday.
Fannin County Schools: All schools on a virtual learning day. 12-month personnel should report. All extracurricular activities are canceled today.
Gilmer County Schools: All schools will be released 3 hours early from their normal dismissal times.
Gordon County Schools: Elementary Schools will dismiss at 12:30 p.m. Middle and high Schools will dismiss at 1:30 p.m. Aftercare will operate as normal. Schools will communicate individually about the status of any other after-school activities.

Murray County Schools: PVIS and Murray County Pre-K will dismiss at 10:30 a.m. All other schools will dismiss at 10:45 a.m.
Pickens County Schools: All schools release students 3 hours early.
Polk County Schools: Middle and high school students at 11:30 a.m. Elementary schools will not be dismissed until 12:30 p.m. All afternoon extracurricular activities and after-school programs are canceled.
Troup County Schools: Elementary schools will dismiss at 12:20 p.m. Middle and high Schools will dismiss 2 hours early. All elementary extracurricular activities and ACE programs will be canceled. All after-school activities at the secondary level will be up to the individual schools and principals as they monitor weather conditions.
Whitfield County Schools: All schools and administrative offices closed Friday.
