The Southeastern Conference has canceled its men’s basketball tournament and suspended all sports through the end of March.
The conference made the announcement Thursday afternoon in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Georgia men’s basketball team was supposed to play at 3:30 p.m. later today before the cancellation.
Georgia’s spring sports will be suspended until March 30.

ALERT 2: Based on the latest developments and the continued spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Southeastern Conference today announced the suspension of regular season competition for teams in all sports on SEC campuses, as well SEC championship events, until March 30.
