SEC Fan Fare is back this year with special concerts, ESPN College Game Day

ATLANTA — Tens of thousands of Georgia and Alabama fans will descend on Atlanta for the 2021 SEC Championship game. But there will be plenty of other events to keep fans busy leading up to the game Saturday.

After it was canceled last year, the SEC Fan Fare is back at the Georgia World Congress Center.

The event is free and open to the public and runs Friday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The Fan Fare will feature interactive booths, activities, pep rallies and celebrity quarterback sessions. On Friday, country artist Chris Young will perform a championship eve concert at 7 p.m.

Saturday’s Fan Fare will begin with a new ESPN College Game Day broadcasting live from the GWCC from 9 a.m. to Noon. College Game Day will also feature a special performance by Georgia’s own Zac Brown Band.

The SEC Network pre-game show will also broadcast live at 1 p.m.
