ATLANTA — All lanes on Interstate 285 northbound in Atlanta have reopened hours after a tractor-trailer fire shut them down.
The tractor-trailer fire happened on I-285 at Arthur Langford Parkway late Monday night. Atlanta Fire and Rescue Department confirmed that the tractor-trailer that caught on fire was carrying 18 pallets of liquid latex.
Triple Team Traffic’s Mike Shields showed you the clean-up efforts live on Channel 2 Action News This Morning. It took crews through most of the morning rush to clean up the debris.

The lanes finally reopened just around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
AFRD has not reported any injuries. There are no further details at this time.
