The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office said officers are searching for a man who is possibly armed and dangerous near Ga. 400 on the Dawson/Lumpkin County line.
The sheriff’s office is telling people who work in the area to lock all doors and windows and “secure your vehicles, sheds, and homes as we continue the manhunt.”
Officers have identified the man as Dylan Finley and said multiple units are searching for Finley in the Auraria Road area.

Officers described Finley as around six feet tall, who is possibly bald or has short hair and was wearing a gray or white T-shirt and blue jeans.
The Sheriff’s office said they have been searching for Finley since yesterday after a chase into Lumpkin County. Finley faces multiple charges from Franklin County to Lumpkin.
He is believed to be armed.
Anyone who sees a man fitting Finley’s description is asked to call 911.
