SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — Police have arrested a man for attempted murder after his 18-day-old baby was hospitalized with antifreeze poisoning.
City of South Fulton Police arrested Curtis Jack, 45, on October 12 after his infant was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Scottish Rite with serious injuries. Doctors found the infant tested positive for ethylene glycol, a chemical often found in automotive antifreeze.

Jack was charged with attempted murder, cruelty to children in the 1st degree and child endangerment.
Jack was taken to the Fulton County Jail.
The baby’s condition has not been released.
