UNION CITY, Ga. — A Union City man is facing drug trafficking charges after police found more than 50 pounds of marijuana during a drug bust.
Officers responded to a residence on Buffington Road where they found some suspiciously bagged items in plain view.

While investigating, they determined the bags contained marijuana.
With the help of K-9 units, officers served a search warrant at the home and found 56.4 pounds of marijuana, two handguns, one AK rifle, various pills and large amounts of drug paraphernalia.
The drug bust ended in the arrest of Lemarvin Harris. He is being charged with marijuana trafficking, possession of schedule one drugs and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
