Ross saw Captain R. McClain about to pick up a sandwich at a Subway on Old National Highway, not far from his Fayetteville mansion, and decided, nope, the captain isn’t paying for that.
He picked up the cost of a sub and a cold drink, stopped and posed for a picture. Ross told McClain that no police officer will ever pay for their own lunch if he is nearby.
