SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — The City of South Fulton Police Department wants to remind the public that Vandiver Lake, located on Camp Creek Parkway and Merk Road, is private property.
The department has received numerous complaints of criminal activity at the lake.
Police have received reports of people discharging firearms, illegal dumping or burning, unlawful ATV/dirt bike usage, unlawful fishing, and more crimes at the lake, despite “no trespassing” signs and concrete barriers erected by property owners.

Police say no one other than the property owner has permission to be on the property.
Cameras and “other measures” have been implemented by the property owners to catch violators.
