SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — A teenager is in custody after police say he is responsible for not only a string of car break-ins, but stealing a car with two kids inside last month.
South Fulton police said the three-month-old and nine-year-old were in an unattended vehicle left running at a BP gas station at 3515 Cascade Road on September 25 when someone jumped inside and drove away with it.

The identities of both suspects have not been released because they are minors.
