A 20-year-old was shot in the shoulder, back, and leg last Tuesday evening at Sweet Water Park on Bethesda School Rd, according to police. Several cars also had bullet holes in them.

“People now just don’t have any regard for life,” said Tarsheika West, who heard the gunshots on a walk with her dog.

The shooting happened at around 8 in the evening, as families were still there with their children.

Police were able to make an arrest a week after the incident.
