BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. — Georgia State Patrol confirmed at least one person was injured after a crash on Interstate 75 in Bartow County.
Triple Team Traffic’s Mike Shields first reported on the crash just after 6 a.m. on Channel 2 Action News This Morning. The crash involved two vehicles on the southbound lanes near Highway 92.

GSP said a driver of a Penske box truck hit the back of a tractor-trailer that was parked in the emergency lanes with its flashers on.
A woman passenger in the box truck became trapped. Troopers and paramedics worked to remove the woman from the box truck.
She had to be transported via a medical helicopter to a local hospital. Her name and condition have not been released.
All lanes of I-75 have re-opened, but the crash remains under investigation.
