WHITE COUNTY, Ga. — Three people are facing drug trafficking charges after north Georgia deputies found a large amount of drugs after a traffic stop.
White County deputies say they pulled over a white Ford F150 last week. A K9 found marijuana, five baggies of meth and more loose meth in the car.

The driver, 58-year-old Charles Laster, was arrested on charges of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
Earlier this week, deputies searched Laster’s home where they found 14 more bags of meth, some heroin, black tar heroin, other drug items and a gun without the serial number.

Two more people, 43-year-old Drew Kangiser and 42-year-old Michelle Scott, were arrested. Both were charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, trafficking heroin and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
All three are being held in the White County Detention Center.
