ATLANTA — With Election Day less than two weeks away, Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris will pay a visit to metro Atlanta on Friday.
The Biden-Harris campaign made the announcement Wednesday morning with additional details about her visit to come later.

When it comes to this year’s presidential election, Georgia appears to be a big focus for both campaigns. President Donald Trump hosted a rally in Macon last Friday.
Dr. Jill Biden and Donald Trump Jr. both made appearances across the state and in the Atlanta metro earlier this month to get their respective supporters to get out and vote.
Political experts told Channel 2′s Richard Elliot that the fact that we’re seeing long lines and high-profile Democrats and Republicans coming to the state shows just how much Georgia is in play this year.
