Her family is desperate to find her.

“She’s my best friend. This has devastated our family. As you can imagine, no child should have to worry about where their mother is and the condition that their mother is in,” said Foster’s sister.

Foster’s fiancé was arrested on kidnapping and aggravated assault charges in April, 2021. Police say those charges are related to an incident that happened before Foster disappeared.
