ATLANTA — Several areas of strong to severe storms have developed across north Georgia.
Severe thunderstorm warnings that were issued have been allowed to expire, but the storms are still packing a punch. There are reports of multiple trees down and flooding across the metro area.

Here’s what you need to know for Tuesday:
- The storms will stick around through sunset.
- Strong wind gusts and small hail is possible.
- There’s a chance of rain every day through the end of the week.
- A break in the heat is coming.
