TAMPA, Fla. — A pet alligator helped take a bite out of the suspense of a Florida couple's gender reveal party.
Stacie Childs-Wright and her husband are expecting -- it will be the 10th child in their blended family -- so they decided to let their pet alligator, Amos, reveal the baby's gender, WTVT reported.
After taking a few chomps, Amos broke the black balloon, which revealed pink powder. -- it's going to be a girl, the television station reported.

Childs-Wright's husband works for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission as a wildlife trapper, WTVT reported.
The gator has been a pet in Childs-Wright's home since 2005, the television station reported.
