NAPLES, Fla. — A southwest Florida man is behind bars after deputies said he stripped off his clothes and danced at a Collier County McDonald's.
According to WFTX-TV, John F. Morgan, 63, who is homeless, was arrested on a trespassing charge Sunday evening after a witness saw him undressing and performing a "strange dance" near the front door of the Naples restaurant, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said. The witness added that Morgan was "possibly on drugs," the arrest report said.
As a deputy headed to the McDonald's, the caller said the man "pulled his pants down, but put them back on" and "was trying to have relations with a railing," the report said.
The deputy arrived and "immediately recognized" Morgan, who had been banned from the McDonald's after a March 15 incident, according to the report. The deputy also said he had spoken to Morgan late Saturday and told him to avoid the restaurant.
Morgan was jailed on $2,000 bond, WTVJ reported.
