JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A hurricane is churning toward your home. You want to protect your car, which is parked outside, but there's no room in the garage. What do you do?
Florida man Patrick Eldridge is gaining viral fame for his solution: parking the car in the kitchen.
In a now-viral Facebook post, Patrick's wife, Jessica, took to Facebook on Tuesday to share photos of her husband's Smart car inside their Jacksonville home.
"My husband was afraid his car might blow away and my car is in the garage," she captioned the post, which had racked up 66,000 shares and 22,000 reactions by Thursday morning.

Jessica said she initially doubted that Patrick would be able to get the car inside, according to The Associated Press.
"I said there was no way he could," she told the AP. "He said he could, so he opened the double doors and had it in."
