MENDON, Mass. — Luck struck twice for a Massachusetts man who won a $1 million lottery prize for the second time in 18 months.
Rolf Rhodes won $1 million on a $4 million Instant Jackpot game ticket Wednesday, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery. Rhodes chose to receive 20 yearly payments of $50,000. The ticket cost $10.
On May 22, 2018, Rhodes won $1 million on the Hit $1,000 $10 instant game. He chose a one-time payout of $650,000, before taxes.
