Americans started seeing direct deposits in their bank accounts Saturday morning with their coronavirus stimulus checks.
The U.S. Treasury Department and the IRS started processing the first round of $1,400 payments on Friday, with direct deposits quickly making it into accounts across the country.

Checks and debit cards were also mailed, and will reach Americans in the coming weeks.

President Joe Biden signed the bill Thursday, called the American Rescue Plan. It amounts to one of the largest economic rescue plans in U.S. history.

As announced yesterday, some people could start seeing relief payments hit their bank accounts as early as this weekend.
Payments to eligible Americans will continue through the next several weeks on a rolling basis.
