ATLANTA — If you’re wanting a warm getaway this winter, an Atlanta-based airline will offer a new destination.
Delta Air Lines announced this week that it will resume service from Atlanta to Curaçao starting on Dec. 16.

The flights will be Saturdays only to start the service. It will be the first time that Delta has offered flights to the home of Braves stars Andruw Jones and Ozzie Albies since 2010.
Passengers will fly on a Boeing 737-800 aircraft that will have a main cabin, Delta Comfort and First Class sections.

Delta currently has nearly 400 weekly flights to 44 Latin destinations across the Caribbean, Latin America and Mexico.
The airline recently added more routes to Cozumel, Mexico, and Cartagena, Colombia.
