A judge in Florida has decided to block some records permanently surrounding the death of actor and comedian Bob Saget.
Saget’s family had filed a lawsuit to block the release of records related to his death, including photos, videos and audio recording, WFTV reported.

The family’s attorney released a statement after the ruling, according to WFTV:
“The entire Saget family is grateful that the Judge granted their request for an injunction to preserve Bob’s dignity, as well as their privacy rights, especially after suffering this unexpected and tragic loss. We are pleased this issue has been resolved, and the healing process can continue to move forward. All of the prayers and well wishes continuously extended to the family are beyond appreciated.”
Saget was found dead in a hotel room in Orlando in January.

A medical examiner said he determined head trauma caused the actor’s death and that no drugs or alcohol was found in his system, WFTV reported.
