CINCINNATI — A woman who wore a black-and-white outfit at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden was an instant hit with one of the zoo’s African penguins.
Izzy Meltzer shared a video on Twitter of the penguins following her as she walked back and forth in front of the glass enclosure that separated her from the bird’s exhibit, WLWT reported.
“I made a friend,” Meltzer says in the video, which has been viewed nearly 77,000 times. "
The penguin was definitely interested in bonding.
“Could it be my penguin-like resemblance?” Meltzer asked in her tweet.
Could be. Meltzer was wearing black pants and top with a white vest and shoes.
“BFFs!” zoo officials responded in a tweet.
