The autopsy report has been released in the investigation into the shooting death of rapper Young Dolph.
The West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center said Young Dolph, whose name was Adolph Thornton Jr., was shot 22 times, WHBQ reported.
The wounds were found in a variety of areas including:
- Right back
- Center back
- Left Back
- Right arm
- Left arm
- Left chest
- Left abdomen
- Right chin
- Right next
- Right wrist
- Right shoulder
Young Dolph was shot and killed on Nov. 17, 2021, when he was visiting Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies bakery in Memphis.
Two people have been charged in connection to the shooting — Cornelius Smith and Justin Johnson, who is known as Straight Drop, WHBQ reported.
A third person, Shaundale Barnett, has a warrant out for his arrest.
Two other men, Devin Burns and Joshua Taylor, have been named persons of interest, according to WHBQ.
