News of his death was announced by his son, Panchito Gomez, according to Variety.
Cordova’s film credits include “Nighthawks” and “Where the Buffalo Roam.” He also appeared on “The A-Team”, “Cagney and Lacey” and “Kojak”
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Cordova was born May 16, 1936, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He leaves behind his wife, Gladys, and his children Panchito, Luis, Ana, Elena, Abigail and Jesse.
