KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Animal Services officers in Kansas City were called out for an unusual request Tuesday -- a dog was stuck in a tree 20 feet off the ground.
Waldo managed to climb the tree but was unable to get down. Officers climbed the tree and brought the puppy to safety, Kansas City, Kansas, Animal Services said on social media.
“Once Waldo knew he was safe, he fell asleep in our officer’s arms as he was completing intake paperwork,” Animal Services officials wrote on social media.
