KNOXVILLE, Tn. — One final regular season Southeastern Conference matchup to go for the Georgia Bulldogs as they travel to Knoxville Saturday afternoon to play the Tennessee Volunteers.
Georgia enters the game as a near unanimous choice as the number one team in the country while Tennessee is coming off a 45-42 upset win at Kentucky last weekend.

The game is annual matchup between the the schools and the series has been marked with quite a few surprises.

These two teams have met 50 times with Georgia leading the series 25-23 with two ties. The Bulldogs have won the last four meetings between the two teams, winning last year 44-21.
Tennessee has a new head coach for 2021, Josh Huepel. Huepel has installed the up-tempo, high speed offense he was known for running while at UCF.
As a team, the Volunteers are averaging over 38 points a game.
The Bulldogs lead the college football world in defense, giving up a mere 6.6 points per game through the first eight games of the season. Offensively, the Dogs are scoring just over 38 points a game.
