The Atlanta Braves can now issue refunds and credits for season ticket holders and people who bought tickets to certain games.
The Braves sent out an email to season-ticket holders with details and added information to their website Wednesday night.
Teams previously were waiting on the OK from Major League Baseball before deciding any policies.

The refund policy currently only applies to April and May games. The team says it will make decisions about future games from month-to-month.
The Braves had 26 home games scheduled for the first two months (15 in April, 11 in May), at Truist Park.

People who bought single-game tickets can either request a full refund or hold onto their tickets for when the games are rescheduled.
For season ticket holder and group tickets, there are several options available:
- Request a refund for April and May games. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the originally requested date.
- Have credit applied toward 2020 account balance. If you already paid, a credit will be held on account and used toward additional tickets this season.
- Each season-ticket holder can decide the amount of applied credit or refund, i.e. credit some games but refund the others.
- Any credit not used by the end of the 2020 regular season will be applied to your 2021 membership
A-List Members and group ticket buyers also have the option to receive a credit plus a 10% bonus toward any 2021 or 2022 Braves home game.
