Hawks vs Celtics: Games 3, 4 sold out after Atlanta sets new franchise record for sellouts

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Hawks return home to State Farm Arena on Friday night for their first round playoff series against the Boston Celtics. The Hawks will try to push the series past four games after dropping Game 1 and Game 2 on the road.

Friday’s Game 3 and Sunday’s Game 4 are both sold out. The Atlanta Hawks said the sellouts continue the success they saw in the regular season: a new franchise record by selling out 38 of their 41 home games.

“We are grateful to the city for embracing us and helping us create an environment on game nights that represents the passion of this city,” said Hawks and State Farm Arena CEO Steve Koonin. “We are excited to see Hawks’ fans energy and enthusiasm throughout this weekend’s games.”

While seats are sold out, there are still standing-room only tickets available for Friday and Sunday. All fans in attendance for Game 3 will receive a “#Together404
