RIGHT NOW: Storms moving through north Georgia; flash flood watch in effect

Severe Weather Team 2 tracked heavy downpours that moved through north Georgia and metro Atlanta most of the day Tuesday.

The showers and storms will continue on Wednesday.

A flash flood warning for parts of metro Atlanta expired this morning but a flash flood watch is in effect for most of north Georgia.

Here is what to expect:

  • Trending toward drier weather for weekend
