A new year is here and it’s going to start off cold.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Ashley Kramlich says temperatures will be running about 20 degrees cooler than what we saw to close out 2024.
Kramlich is tracking even colder air that will arrive in north Georgia for the weekend.
Here’s what to know:
- We’ll be chilly and dry through Saturday
- Rain moves in Sunday and continues into Monday
- Chance of a little rain/snow mix mainly in the NE Georgia mountains Sunday night
