As January comes to an end, it will feel more like mid-March across metro Atlanta.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan says temperatures will climb into the mid 60s on Wednesday, the warmest day of the year so far.

The milder temperatures will stick around for the next week. While we’ll stay mostly sunny on Wednesday, it won’t stay dry with the next chance for rain later this week.
Here’s what to know:
- Clouds increase tonight into tomorrow with a slight chance for a shower tomorrow
- Cold front moves through Friday with rain likely; a chance for a few isolated storms
- Clearing for the weekend with lots of sunshine and highs in the mid 60s
- 70+ degree high temperatures possible next week
