ATLANTA — A flash flood watch has been cancelled ahead of more rain Tuesday afternoon.
“We saw over the last 24 hours, some incredible amounts of rainfall,” Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Glenn Burns said.

“Showers tomorrow, mainly confined along and to the south of I-20,” Burns said.
Burns said he can’t rule out the possibility of an isolated shower north of I-20 on Tuesday, with the bulk of any heavy rain in middle Georgia.
A cold front will move in late Tuesday evening, setting the stage for much nicer weather later in the week, featuring mainly dry, partly cloudy and less humid weather, with highs mainly in the low to mid-80s.
