ATLANTA — A front with strong to severe weather has moved into north Georgia and will remain in the metro through early Tuesday morning.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brad Nitz said there is slight risk for an isolated tornado, particularly in in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Severe Weather Team 2 is tracking when the storms will start to arrive in your area, on Channel 2 Action News This Morning starting at 4:30 a.m.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The biggest risk areas for the severe weather are the western part of north Georgia, parts of the south metro.
- That risk will remain into Tuesday afternoon.
- The next risk for strong or severe weather will arrive Wednesday night into Thursday.
