ATLANTA — After a round of severe storms moved through, flooding has become a major concern across north Georgia.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan says there is a Flash Flood Warning in effect until 12 p.m. Some areas have seen up to 5 inches of rainfall.
There remains a slight risk of severe weather Wednesday.
Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz says the tornado watch is in effect until 12 p.m. for the following counties in our viewing area: Butts, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Greene, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Monroe, Morgan, Newton, Pike, Putnam, Rockdale, Spalding, Troup and Upson.
