Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan says the main threats stay to our west Tuesday and Wednesday; however, Monahan says we’ll need to be weather aware Thursday morning as the front moves in.

Stay with Severe Weather Team 2 as our meteorologists track the system and updating its timing, on Channel 2 Action News.

Here is what to know:

  • Temperatures climbing toward 80 degrees by tomorrow.
  • At the same time, strong and severe storms will be ongoing to our west in Mississippi and Alabama.
  • The line of storms should weaken as it moves into Georgia Thursday morning.
  • A little bit of instability could lead to severe weather, though.
