ATLANTA — General Beauregard Lee may have predicted an early spring on Groundhog’s Day, but parts of north Georgia could see some snowfall over the weekend.
Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz said there could be snow and/or a mix of snow and rain possible across north Georgia Sunday morning, including parts of the metro area.
Accumulating snow is most likely in the north Georgia mountains, although parts of metro Atlanta could also see some snow on the ground.
