ATLANTA — Things have started warming up across North Georgia, but temperatures are going to drop again overnight.
“The clouds will thicken up and we’ll start Thursday morning in the upper 30s, in a few spots the lower 40s,” Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz said.

There is a possibility for a stray shower throughout the afternoon and evening on Thursday.
However, we have a better chance of seeing more widespread rain on Friday, Nitz said.
